This website (Site) is operated by Something I Smile About Pty Ltd (ACN 684 226 766), an Australian Company ("SISA").
Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SISA. SISA offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
If you violate the Terms, SISA may immediately terminate your right to use and access the Site.



GENERAL CONDITIONS
You must not use the Site in any manner or for any purpose that is unlawful, violates any right of SISA, prohibited by the Terms or potentially detrimental to the image or reputation of SISA.
SISA reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose the identity or other information in respect of any use of the Site.
SISA reserves the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve: (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.


PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our products without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SISA pieces are sold exclusively for personal use and are not permitted to be used for commercial purposes of any nature. SISA reserves the right to refuse a sale and/or refund the customer before shipment if there is suspicion of the goods being used for commercial gain. Please note that items purchased for rental or other commercial purposes will not be eligible for return, exchange, or credit note, and such usage will void any warranty.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content available on the Site - including, but not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics (collectively referred to as "Content") - remains at all times the property of SISA and its licensors, and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Use of the Content must comply with these Terms and any additional conditions set by the licensors.
Specifically, you must not:
  • download, republish, retransmit, reproduce, or otherwise use any part of the Content as a stand-alone file;
  • alter or create derivative works based on the Site or its Content;
  • remove or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices embedded in the Content;
  • use data mining tools, robots, or similar methods for data gathering or extraction;
  • or use the Site or its Content for any purpose other than its intended use.
All names, logos, and Trademarks featured on the Site are the property of SISA. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as granting any licence or right to use any name, logo, or Trademark without the express written permission of SISA or the appropriate rights holder.


PAYMENT
Prices may be shown in various currencies and, where applicable, will reflect current exchange rates. However, all transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD). Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received. We may reach out to confirm your personal details prior to dispatch. By submitting your payment information, you give us permission to charge the total amount for the selected items, either at the price listed on the Site at the time of purchase or at a revised price communicated to you before your order is shipped.


GIFT CARDS AND CREDIT NOTES
  • Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of issue.
  • Credit Notes issued for voluntary returns are valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • They can be used toward the purchase of any product available on the Site.
  • These items are non-transferable and are redeemable exclusively through the Site.
  • They cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.
  • If your purchase total is less than the value of the Gift Card or Credit Note, the remaining balance will stay on your account and may be used on future orders.
  • Any amount exceeding the balance of the Gift Card or Credit Note must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  • If you return items bought with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued as store credit, which can be applied to future purchases.
  • Virtual Gift Cards will be sent to the purchaser via email once the order is fully processed and payment has been received.
  • We are not responsible for Virtual Gift Cards or Credit Notes sent to incorrect or invalid email addresses; ensuring accuracy is the purchaser's responsibility.
  • Lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards or Credit Notes is not the responsibility of SISA.
  • SISA reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card or Credit Note at its discretion if misuse or other concerns arise.


PROMOTIONAL CODES
Occasionally, we may provide promotional codes for use on the Site. By applying a promotional code, you acknowledge and agree to any additional terms that are provided at the time of use.
Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one code may be used per order and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Each code must be used within the specified validity period, where provided. We reserve the right to cancel or deny the use of any promotional code at our discretion.
Promotional codes must be entered during the checkout process and cannot be applied to past purchases, including gift card transactions. Codes are only valid during the timeframe outlined in related promotional materials and cannot be used outside of that designated period.


DELIVERY AND RETURNS
In the scenario that an order from SISA to the customer is not delivered due to the fault of the courier company, it is the responsibility of SISA to either replace the item or refund the customer in full or issue a Credit Note for the full amount depending on the original terms of sale. In the scenario that a return from the customer to SISA is not delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to bear any losses as a result of the lost package, therefore, it is essential that all returns are sent back to SISA via registered post with tracking facilities.
SISA currently does not cover duties and taxes of orders being shipped outside of Australia.

Items purchased for rental commercial purposes or other commercial benefits will not be accepted for a return, exchange or credit note.
SISA accepts returns on full priced Ready-to-Wear items within 14 days for a Credit Note or refund.  All made-to-order garments are considered final sale unless they are faulty or do not meet the product description, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Final sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.


MADE-TO-ORDER ALTERATION CREDIT NOTES
If your made-to-order garment requires a fitting adjustment, such as a shortened hem, SISA offers a $30.00 AUD credit towards alterations with a local tailor of your choice.
To ensure a smooth process, please review the conditions below:
  • This alteration credit is available for made-to-order garments only.
  • The credit applies once per garment and is capped at $30.00 AUD.
  • You must submit proof of alteration (e.g., a receipt or invoice) within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The receipt must include the date, description of the service, and the amount paid.
  • Credit will be issued as a refund or store credit, based on your preference.
  • Alterations must be completed by a certified or professional tailoring service.
Exclusions
The alteration credit does not apply in the following cases:
  • Garments that have been worn or damaged after delivery
  • Alterations made for style changes unrelated to fit
How to Claim Your Alteration Credit
  1. Email our customer care team at hello@si-sa-store.com with the subject line: Alteration Credit Request.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the required alteration, and a copy of the receipt from your local alteration
    service.
  3. Once approved, your credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.


ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
SISA endeavours to present the most recent, accurate and reliable information on our Site at all times. However, there may be rare occasions when some of the information features, incomplete or inaccurate data. 
SISA makes every effort to display and inform you as accurately as possible on our product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. In terms of colour display for our products; computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices’ resolution may vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
SISA reserves the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without notice. In the event any information about a product is incorrect (e.g. size, quality, material, price etc), you agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our Site.
SISA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that incorrectly described item. In the event of such a refusal or cancellation of an order and your chosen payment method has been charged, SISA shall issue a credit to that chosen payment method in the amount of the cancelled order.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this Site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or Services of third-parties.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.


PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SISA reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time. Please visit the Site regularly and check our current Privacy Policy.
SISA will not sell your information to any other customers or third parties.
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or provide personal information via the Site. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18 years of age. Should an individual under the age of 18 proceed to make a purchase or provide personal information via the Site, SISA may collect data on such individuals in line with our Privacy Policy.
You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.


USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or, without a request from us, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation to: (1) maintain any comments in confidence; (2) pay compensation for any comments; or (3) respond to any comments.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the Site for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. In no case shall SISA, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SISA and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.


SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.


TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our Site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).


ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this Site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

FORCES MAJEURE
SISA is not liable, and any obligations it has are suspended, during the time and to the extent that SISA is prevented from operating due to a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of SISA including Force Majeure Events.
